3D mold-pressed acoustic panels are formed using purpose-built molds to thermally shape flat polyester fiber boards into raised three-dimensional surface profiles. The sculpted geometry delivers strong visual impact — deep relief patterns, wave forms, and geometric textures — while the polyester fiber base continues to perform its primary sound-absorption function.
Edge cutting is commonly performed using waterjet technology to preserve the integrity of the three-dimensional form without surface damage. The combination of sculptural form and acoustic function makes these panels well suited to feature walls, reception areas, and signature architectural spaces where a standard flat panel would not provide the desired visual statement.
